At the end of December 2000, the remaining assets of ComServ, Inc. were sold to Comserv Services LLC. This included the trade name COMSERV and the website. The site will remain on the internet until such time the new owners choose to remove it. None of the original investors in ComServ, Inc. or any of its officers hold an interest in Comserv Services LLC. ComServ Inc. was dissolved on December 31st, 2000. All proceeds from the sale of ComServ Inc.'s remaining assets were placed in a trust from which the final distributions are being made.
